This video shows you how to process refunds on Square POS for orders that were received through the app. The process is similar to how in-person transactions are refunded.
Go to transactions and select the transaction that you’d like to refund. Tap the “Issue Refund” button. You can either select items or amount to refund. In the items section, you can select all items or specific items. In the amount section, you can enter the amount that you’d like to refund. Tap the next button after you make your selection. You’ll need to select a reason for refund before completing the process.
