Sales Executive

Craver Solutions (an AY Technologies company), a fast growing startup in Vancouver and the leading mobile app platform for restaurants, is seeking motivated and high performing sales professionals to become part of its growing team. The sales team is responsible for identifying potential clients, scheduling demos and closing deals to sell the Craver product to prospective clients.

As part of our team, you will work closely with the marketing team as well as the development and support teams. You will share customer feedback and requests with the team and help make decisions related to priorities and roadmap for the product.

RESPONSABILITIES

This is how your day will be working at Craver:

  • You identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone or in-person

  • You handle leads provided to you by the marketing team

  • You qualify the prospective clients and schedule product demos

  • You hold product demo sessions and answer prospective clients questions

  • You handle customer objections throughout the sales process

  • You act as liaison between customers and the development team throughout the on-boarding process and during the first 3 months after the client app is up and running

EXPECtations

  • Work within sales team to achieve team goals as well as your personal goals

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Use Hubspot CRM everyday to keep the sales process transparent to all teams

  • Work with the marketing and sales team to create sales & marketing strategy on a quarterly basis

  • Work with our CFO to come up with sales projections quarterly and annually

QUALIFICATIONS

These are qualifications that will help you ramp up as quickly as possible at this position:

  • Passionate about helping restaurants grow their business

  • Deep understanding of technology and its effect on business growth

  • Ability and excitement to to help traditional business owners with technology automation

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service role

  • Previous experience managing customer accounts

  • Ability to handle customer objections effectively

  • Experience using CRMs such as Hubspot

  • Well organized, capable of planning, scheduling and prioritizing work

  • Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
